Enlightenment

Assalamualaikum.

I have been on a long journey since last September, if I am not mistaken. That's why, I didn't update this blog like I used to.

Maybe, the time away from home, had made me realized that I had a LOT to be thankful for.

A job that pays my bills,

family,

friends that supported me and willing to drop everything and come running when they heard that I am in trouble.

I am lucky that way I guess. And this, I think, I should view as a gift from Allah, the Almighty. He had made my path easier. And grant me the strength to move on with my life. He also guided me to the right people at the right time. So that my tears will dry much quickly. So that I would be able to endure and also have the ability to take chances, gamble and see where the road leads me to.

I am going to take the road less traveled by (R. Frost), and I am going to break boundaries, Insya Allah.

Wassalam.

Soaring to the Sky

Assalamualaikum.

I had been away from the blogging world this last few days.

Why, some may ask? I had to go find myself... A journey to self discovery. To reflect on my my achievements so far... What had I accomplished so far? Am I doing anything to touch lives so far?

Some may see me as running away from all my problems, but I think of it as moving on. I had gambled and I had lost. I am never to make an impact by cooling my heels, content to watch the world passes me by in my sleepy hometown. Now this is my time to move on to another phase in my life.

I may falter a few times before this, and that had caused the people who cared about me a lot of distress. And here, I would like to thank them from the bottom of humblest heart. Hey you know how it goes right? For every meeting, there must be parting...

Now, I have to take this chance. I am not going to look back to this moment in my life and regret all the decisions I had made now. I have to move on. So, now I guess it's time to make our own way in this world.

Let me make my mark in this world. Please allow me time to take a break from those sad moments in my life. Allow me to feel happy, even if inside, I feel like my heart is breaking into tiny pieces.

"Forgive those who belittled you, angered you, mocked you or took you for granted...

But most of all, forgive yourself for giving them the power to make you feel tiny..."

"Sifat zalim hanya boleh ditunjukkan oleh orang yang lemah. Hanya orang yang gagah sahaja boleh bersikap lemah lembut."

P/s: Thank you for being hard on me. Thank you for hanging up, when I was trying to make my case. Because by committing that faux pas, it had set me free. Telling me that I had nothing to lose. If you had judged me before I had stated my reasons and rationale, then there is no point at all of me coming back. I will try to tie up all loose ends.... And I will give back all I had lend from you and the school, but you could have all that I have in school. For the moment, my heart is now free. And I am going to break boundaries. But please, in the future, try to listen, before you hand out the sentences. I don't owe you anything, because by hanging up on  me, that is the key to my freedom.

*smiling all the way to the bank, because I am freed of all my chains....

ALL THE BEST. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.

Wassalam.

Pengukur Jalan Yang Berjaya....

Assalamualaikum.

Okay... deep breath. A very busy and tiring day, actually. But I am happy and satisfied! Cause, I got a new bracelet! Well, I traded my old one for two bracelets! Actually I thought about giving one to my sister as a gift, but she told me that she's afraid to wear it, since she works in town. While, me?  Hahhaa.. So that means, I have two bracelets. They may not be big like Mak Datins' bracelets, but I love them. I think that they are elegant! Hahaha. My request while looking at the jewellery? I want them to be cheap, but they must look expensive. Hahaha. And I also bought a ring. A simple one, but I hope that this ring would succeed in fending off unwanted questions about my marital status. I mean, come on! This is the 21-st Century. I have dreams that required me to put my family life on hold. Well, actually they won't interfere with my professional life, I just haven't find my soul mate, yet, I guess?

Well, getting back to the topic - I was very busy today cause I have to settle my bank accounts problems. But, as they say, man proposes, but Allah disposes. Allah knows best. I didn't manage to settle my problems, but the journey today? Priceless. And of course, those two bracelets. I love you blong bling! Hahahaha.... I am reminded of Imawari from my favourite anime. I loveeee bling bling! Especially the white chrome gold. Seems like diamonds but it's not! And I love the jewellery shop. I said to my sister, other women mostly change boyfriends, or silk dresses, or designer handbags, or Arianni tudung, but me? I love trading in my jewellery. I love the challenge of finding new ones that won't require me to pay more than 1K for the new ones.

My sister is already in her dream land. Maybe I should just pray and go to bed. Yawn. Nite everyone! Sweet dreams!
